This is a question we often get at PDX ProWash. Like all service prices, it depends. Spaces that are difficult to reach, heavily stained surfaces (may require multiple cleanings or longer time), interfering structures that need moving, etc., can all contribute to the final costs.
However, standard pricing for a home wash:
- 1 story, 1800 Sq. Ft. home would cost $299.
- 2 story, 2500 Sq Ft home would cost $399.
It typically takes our crew a couple hours to complete a job, and we never set foot inside your home. In addition, extra care is taken to replace all structures and furniture back to where they were when we arrived. All you do is book a time and then enjoy your new shiny home!
